Lodge Manager
TLH Heliskiing Ltd./Tyax Wilderness Resort & Spa is a dynamic organization that prides itself on offering an exceptional wilderness experience to a wide range of international clientele. Located in the breathtaking Chilcotin mountain range, we offer unique employment opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts eager to share their passion for adventure with our guests. The successful applicant:
- will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Lodge
- will manage Lodge staff including front desk, F&B, housekeeping and maintenance
- will ensure an outstanding experience for all Guests
- is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrates strong business acumen
- has a minimum of two years experience in hotel management or similar role
Service Staff
We are always looking for talented individuals to work with us in order to provide the best possible customer experience. With up to 100 people to look after, servers and bartenders work with each other to ensure that clients' needs are met and expectations always surpassed.
Housekeeping Staff
Our first-class guest rooms are a critical part of the guest experience at Tyax Wilderness Resort & Spa. Making beds, cleaning rooms, and taking pride in ensuring that the highest level of cleanliness is met is integral to your role.
Kitchen Staff
All kitchen staff come together to produce tantalizing meals that keep our valuable clients happy and well fed. From the dishwasher to the Executive Chef, the kitchen crew is pivotal to the overall Tyax Wilderness Resort & Spa guest experience. Special menu planning is often required, so the more creative you are, the better.
