Due to risk posed by the Downton Lake wildfire, the Tyaughton Lake area including Tyax Lodge was put on evacuation order on the morning of August 18th. All of our guests and staff departed from the lodge safely.
We would like to thank all of our staff and our guests for their understanding, as well as the wildfire crews working tirelessly to fight wildfires across the province.
There is no estimated date of reopening at this time. This page will remain updated as the situation changes.
