Tyax operates across an 830,000-acre ski area in the Coast Mountains. Glaciers, alpine bowls, and old-growth tree runs, most of it untracked and some of it never ridden at all.
For scale: that is roughly 138 times the size of Palisades Tahoe, and larger than the state of Rhode Island.
