Payment and cancellations:

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the package is charged 14 days prior to the retreat arrival date. Within that time frame, your spot remains non-refundable and non-changeable.

About the teacher:

Mal has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, gaining her training and experience in India, where she among others completed her 200h YTT centering on Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa, followed by numerous courses focusing on the nervous system and the yoga philosophy. By providing a non-judgmental and no-pressure arena for all students, her classes allow individuals to choose the best options for them. Students will be encouraged to treat their bodies with respect and compassion, and to be their own teachers. Emphasis is placed on building a greater awareness of the body and the mind. Expect to move with attention and work with intention. Practice with self-inquiry and compassion.
