Guide Update

March 16, 2026 5:50 pm

March 16 - "A major storm cycle is lining up for Tyax this week, with 50–150 cm of fresh snow expected. Guests have been making the most of our expansive terrain - skiing wide-open alpine glaciers during clear spells and transitioning into the trees as the storm rolled in. Conditions over the past week have been excellent, with boot-top powder from top to bottom across much of the tenure, and the incoming snow will reset the canvas once again."

March 13 - "We got the sun today and went to the Gods for Best-of-Season conditions!"

March 12 - "All groups got out today and enjoyed all-time wicked dry powder! Winter is back with cold temperatures keeping 60cms of storm snow preserved for days to come."

Keen to join us? We still have a few spots left this winter.

Don't forget: at Tyax Heliskiing, we operate with a one-group-per-helicopter format, which means no waiting on other groups, no rushing, and more skiing. It’s a relaxed, exclusive, and is a truly unforgettable experience.

We hope to welcome you in 2026 or 2027! Drop us a line here, or use the Live Chat during working hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Pacific Time).
